Monograph Series No. 69 - This background paper is a companion paper to the National Amphetamine-Type Stimulant Strategy 2008-2011, and describes the goals and objectives of the Strategy and the priority areas for action. It was prepared to provide greater insight into the Strategy for researchers and other interested parties.
